d. Content (blog posts): until withdrawal (backed up as member asset)
e. Inquiries: 1 year after response

4. Provision to Third Parties

The Company does not provide personal information to third parties without separate consent, except: with the data subject's explicit consent, by legal obligation, or to payment processors (PayPal, PayApp) for payment processing.

5. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing

a. PayPal Holdings, Inc. — overseas card/PayPal payment processing (USD/JPY)
b. PayApp Co., Ltd. — domestic payment processing (KRW)
c. Google LLC (Gemini API) — AI article generation, business analysis (only business info and prompts transmitted; not used for training)
d. Google LLC (Maps Platform) — business address mapping
e. 12FONT in-house Server — All data stored and processed on 12FONT in-house servers (no third-party hosting)

6. Rights of Data Subjects

Data subjects may at any time exercise the following rights against the Company: request to view personal information, request correction of errors, request deletion, request to halt processing, opt out of marketing communications (My Account → Email Notifications OFF / Report Notifications OFF).

Rights may be exercised via written request, email (hello@12font.com), and the Company will respond without delay.

7. Destruction of Personal Information

The Company destroys personal information without delay when processing purposes are achieved. Electronic files are permanently deleted in non-recoverable manner; paper documents are shredded or incinerated.
