Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service govern the use of The Gloey AI service (the "Service") operated by 12폰트 (the "Company"), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and members.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Service" refers to all services provided by the Company, including AI-based SEO auto-publishing, business auto-analysis, and exposure analysis.
2. "Member" refers to a person who has entered into a service agreement with the Company and has been assigned an ID and password.
3. "Paid Service (Agent)" refers to a recurring subscription service for a fee.
4. "Auto-publish" refers to the function where AI automatically generates and publishes blog posts according to the member's settings.

Article 3 (Effect and Modification)

1. These Terms take effect by being posted on the Service screen.
2. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope of applicable laws, with at least 7 days' prior notice.
3. For changes adversely affecting members, 30 days' prior notice will be given.

Article 4 (Conclusion of Agreement)

The agreement is concluded when a user applies for membership and the Company accepts. The Company may refuse or terminate applications involving false information, identity theft, or fraudulent purposes.

Article 5 (Paid Service and Recurring Billing)

1. Members may pay for Agent service via PayPal, PayApp, or other designated methods.
2. Recurring billing renews automatically on the same date each month.
3. Billing currency is automatically determined by the member's language/region (KRW · USD · JPY).
4. Payment information is held by the payment processor; the Company does not store sensitive payment details.

Article 6 (Cancellation and Refund)

1. Members may cancel recurring billing at any time from My Account.
2. Even after cancellation, members may continue using Agent access until the end of the currently paid billing cycle.
3. After the billing cycle ends, no further charges occur and the account automatically reverts to the Free plan.
4. Prorated refunds are not provided in principle. In case of major service outage preventing normal use, refunds may be processed separately.

Article 7 (Provision and Modification)

The Company provides the Service 24/7. Maintenance, repairs, or force majeure events may cause temporary interruption. AI-generated content's accuracy, suitability, and legality are the member's responsibility, and members must verify content before and after publishing.

Article 8 (Member Obligations)

Members must comply with these Terms and applicable laws. Members must not engage in identity theft, posting offensive/illegal content, infringement of intellectual property, use of automated tools to abuse the Service, or interference with Service operation.

Article 9 (Intellectual Property)

1. Designs, logos, code, and text published on the Service belong to the Company.
2. AI-generated content belongs to the member, who may freely use, modify, or delete it.
3. The Company may anonymize and use member content solely for Service improvement and statistical purposes.

Article 10 (Limitation of Liability)

The Company is not liable for Service interruptions due to force majeure events. AI-generated content may be inaccurate due to training data limits; members must review before publishing. The Company is not liable for damages from third-party API (Google Gemini, Google Maps, etc.) outages.

Article 11 (Dispute Resolution)

Matters not specified in these Terms are governed by the laws and commercial practices of the Republic of Korea. Disputes arising from the use of this Service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Company's principal place of business.

Supplementary Provisions

These Terms take effect on June 27, 2026.
